Achei uma resposta nada convincente, aliás não fiquei convencida com nada e concordo com a frase &amp;quot;curves é melhor do que nada&amp;quot; e mais deve servir para quem não tem tempo algum ou nunca fez nenhuma atividade física. Como faço atividade física há bastante tempo e sei que meia hora é muito pouco, sinceramente não confio nos resultados, se é que eles realmente existem. O porém é: chegando num plateau (teu corpo não responde mais ao treino) o que a curves pode te oferecer? Abdominal Dia sim e dia não...todo dia não é legal! tenta isso! E sim, eles se preocupam com a sua saúde e o seu bem estar, pois antes de iniciar na academia passei por uma avaliação e me perguntaram se eu tinha algum problema de saúde pois assim poderiam me passar a melhor forma de fazer os exercícios. E não é só isso, é obrigatório apresentar atestado médico. Outra coisa que me chamou a atenção foram alguns métodos adotados para sair da rotina de chegar, malhar e ir embora, como por exemplo: brincadeiras dentro do circuito valendo CASH (&amp;quot;dinheiro&amp;quot; que as alunas recebem na academia por frequencia, ponto em brincadeiras e que compram produtos da academia no leilão que eles fazem todo ano), em datas festivas as alunas vão caracterizadas, realizam festas para as garotas e por isso afirmo que cair na rotina é algo difícil na Curves, pois só cai na rotina quem quer. Outro ponto positivo é que lá as mulheres se sentem a vontade pois podem fazer exercícios sem nenhum homem olhando e falando da bunda, do peito e etc...
